Les négociations entre le Service central des tarifs médicaux LAA (SCTM), la FMH et H+ ont été menées à bien. Ainsi, TARDOC et les forfaits ambulatoires pourront être introduits à l’échelle nationale pour les assureurs membres de la CTM à partir du 1er janvier 2026.
Tarif médical ambulatoire: TARDOC et forfaits ambulatoires à partir du 01.01.2026
La facturation des expertises médicales dans le domaine de l’assurance-accidents et militaire (AA/AM) s’effectue selon le tarif évaluateur AA/AM (code tarif 051) :

La position tarifaire AA.25.0050 de TARDOC (Expertise médicale, par période de 1 min) n’est pas applicable dans les domaines AA, AM et AI. Pour les expertises destinées à l’assurance-invalidité (AI), le tarif évaluateur AI s’applique.
